- Sending repetitive messages to the same recipients
- Continuing to message recipients who have requested to opt out
- Using deceptive practices to obtain contact information
2.2 Fraudulent and Deceptive Activities
- Phishing attempts or fraudulent schemes
- Impersonating individuals, organizations, or brands
- Spreading false or misleading information
- Operating pyramid schemes or scams
- Using the Service for money laundering or financial fraud
2.3 Harmful and Offensive Content
- Harassment, threats, bullying, or intimidation
- Hate speech or content promoting discrimination
- Sexually explicit or pornographic content
- Violent, graphic, or disturbing content
- Content promoting self-harm or dangerous activities
2.4 Illegal Activities
- Promoting or facilitating illegal activities
- Distribution of illegal substances or controlled materials
- Sale of counterfeit goods or stolen property
- Violation of intellectual property rights
- Activities that violate local, national, or international laws
2.5 Technical Abuse
- Attempting to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions

- Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
- Interfering with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access
2.6 WhatsApp Terms Violations
- Any activity that violates WhatsApp's Terms of Service
- Using the Service in ways that could result in WhatsApp account bans
- Attempting to bypass WhatsApp's spam detection systems
- Creating multiple WhatsApp accounts to evade restrictions
3. Permitted Use
The Service is intended for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Customer Support: Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance
- Transactional Messages: Order confirmations, shipping updates, appointment reminders
- Opt-in Marketing: Promotional messages to recipients who have explicitly consented
- Internal Communication: Team communication and coordination
- Notifications: Important alerts and updates to opted-in users
4. Consent Requirements
You must ensure that all message recipients have provided proper consent:
- Obtain explicit opt-in consent before sending any messages
- Clearly explain what types of messages recipients will receive
- Provide a clear and easy way to opt out of messages
- Honor opt-out requests promptly (within 24 hours)
- Maintain records of consent for compliance purposes
5. Message Content Guidelines
All messages sent through the Service must:
- Clearly identify the sender (your business or organization)
- Be relevant to the recipient's relationship with you
- Include accurate and truthful information
- Respect local time zones and appropriate messaging hours
- Not contain misleading subject lines or deceptive content
6. Monitoring and Enforcement
We actively monitor for violations of this AUP:
- Automated systems detect unusual messaging patterns
- We investigate reports of abuse from recipients
- Regular audits ensure compliance with our policies
- We cooperate with WhatsApp's spam detection efforts
6.1 Enforcement Actions
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warning: First-time minor violations may result in a warning with guidance on compliance
- Rate Limiting: Temporary reduction of messaging limits
- Suspension: Temporary suspension of account access
- Termination: Permanent termination of account without refund
- Legal Action: Reporting to law enforcement for serious violations
6.2 Immediate Termination
Certain violations will result in immediate termination without warning, including: phishing or fraud, distribution of malware, illegal activities, severe harassment or threats, and repeated violations after warnings.

If you encounter any violations of this AUP or receive unwanted messages from a Wazen user, please report it to us:

Please include as much detail as possible, including the phone number that sent the message, the content of the message, and the date and time received.
8. Appeals
If your account has been suspended or terminated and you believe this was done in error, you may submit an appeal:
- Send an appeal to info@wazen.dev
- Include your account email and detailed explanation
- Provide evidence supporting your case
- Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days
Our decision on appeals is final. Repeat offenders may not be eligible for appeal.
9. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- All messages sent through your account
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Obtaining and maintaining proper consent from recipients
- Training your team on this AUP if you share account access
- Protecting your API keys and account credentials
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy regularly.
