We collect information you provide when creating an account (email, name), payment information processed by Stripe, and usage data including API calls and session activity.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide and improve the service, process payments, send transactional emails, and maintain platform security. We do not sell your data.

3. Data Storage and Security

Message content and WhatsApp authentication state are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes. All data is stored on secure infrastructure.

4. Data Retention

Message data is retained according to your account settings (7, 14, or 30 days). You can configure retention in your dashboard settings. Account data is retained until account deletion.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payments, AWS for infrastructure (SES for email, S3 for media storage). Each has their own privacy policy.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (session cookies). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
