What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is a unique phone number you send messages to within a month. Sending 100 messages to the same person counts as 1 conversation. Incoming messages don't count toward your limit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
To switch between monthly and annual billing, cancel your current subscription and resubscribe with your preferred billing cycle. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor. Payments are processed in USD.
Is there a refund policy?
You can start with our free tier to evaluate the platform before subscribing. Due to the nature of the service, we don't offer refunds on purchased subscriptions. You can cancel anytime.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your WhatsApp session stays connected, but your limits are reduced to free tier levels (20 messages/day, 3 conversations/month). Renew anytime to restore full access.
