By accessing or using the Wazen platform and API services provided by IrixSoft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Wazen provides a WhatsApp messaging API for developers. The service includes REST API access, webhook delivery, session management, and related tools.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share API keys or allow unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Misuse of the platform, including spam or abusive messaging, may result in account suspension.

5. Payment Terms

All plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle. Payments are processed through Stripe. A 3-day free trial is included with all plans.

6. Data and Privacy

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Message content is encrypted at rest. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. IrixSoft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
